Joe and Dennis, who are avid backcountry hunters and take pride in being local Idahoans, spent three years developing 14 generations of the Initial Ascent Integrous Frame and suspension system which resulted in the quality , durability and comfort they believed was missing from the hunting pack industry.

Although the pack was built around the highly perfected frame, the excellence doesn’t stop there. They hand-selected their materials using only the best on the market. You can expect to see Triaxial Carbon Fiber, 500d Cordura®, 400d Packcloth, UV resistant nylon webbing, waterproof YKK zippers and Duraflex® buckles and hardware on all their products.
